PRESENTATIONS
Leadership is a skill for any role
The White Bear Foundation supports parents and schools through organised presentations as well as for clubs and community groups. The foundation believes support and communication begins at home.
Our Presentations
Leadership is a skill for any role — learn how to become more effective in your work environment or personal life whether you are leading just one or many people.
An effective leader is a person who creates an inspiring vision and sets goals for the future. Leaders are motivating and inspiring, allowing people to be engaged and follow through in accomplishing that vision.
Leaders support others in doing what is right and mapping out where they want to be — in their life, organisation or within their team.
In our presentations leadership is learnt in a fun-filled, safe environment where the individual not only learns about team building but also discovers their own strengths.
Tailored presentations focus on:
- Effective communication
- Awareness
- Innovation
- Goal-setting
- Effective relationship building
- Building confidence and motivating young people
- Teaching young people how to ask for help
- Dealing with bullying
- Having tolerance & respect for others
- Leadership & personal development
White Bear Foundation presentations on leadership and personal development may be arranged for as little as one hour or conducted over a weekend for small or large groups.
